Delivery

We ship throughout the United Kingdom. All deliveries are sent via tracked courier and require a signature on receipt.

Lead Times

Because our products are personalised, each order is made to your specification. Typical lead times from artwork approval:

  • Golf balls (pad-printed): 10 working days
  • Golf balls (digital-printed): 7 working days
  • Apparel with embroidery: 10–14 working days
  • Engraved trophies and prizes: 5–7 working days
  • Tee markers: 14 working days
  • Wooden spoons: 3 working days

If you have a hard deadline, tell us when you enquire. We’ll confirm whether we can meet it before you commit.

Delivery Costs

Standard UK delivery is charged at cost based on your order size and location. We will confirm the exact cost in your quote. For orders over £500 (ex VAT), UK mainland delivery is free.

Returns

Personalised goods cannot be returned for refund — they’re made specifically for you. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, this exemption applies to all bespoke items.

However: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or not matching the approved artwork, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace the affected items at our cost.

Approval Process

Before we produce your order, we send a digital proof of the artwork for your approval. Nothing is printed or engraved until you confirm the proof in writing (email is fine).

Once approved, the order goes into production. Any changes after approval may incur additional charges and extended lead times.
