1. About Us
GTI Global Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, registered office 13 Northlands Road, Sheffield, S5 8DU. References in these terms to “we”, “us” and “our” are references to GTI Global Ltd.
2. Application of These Terms
These terms apply to every order placed with us through this website or direct via email, phone, or written correspondence. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
3. Quotations and Orders
Any quotation we provide is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices shown on the website are indicative until confirmed in a written quote.
An order is formed only when we issue a written confirmation (including email) accepting your order. Receipt of payment alone does not constitute acceptance.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices on the website are shown both exclusive and inclusive of VAT. VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%). Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
Delivery is charged in addition unless otherwise stated. Free UK mainland delivery applies to orders over £500 ex VAT.
5. Payment Terms
For new customers and online orders, payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
For established customers with agreed credit terms, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payment interest may be charged under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Artwork and Proofs
You are responsible for providing artwork in the formats we specify. You warrant that you have the legal right to use any logos, images, or text you supply.
Before production starts, we will send a digital proof. Production begins only after you provide written approval. Once approved, changes may result in additional charges and delayed delivery.
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed unless we have specifically agreed a guaranteed delivery date in writing.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes to you when we receive cleared payment in full.
8. Personalised Goods — Returns
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right. Once we have started production of your personalised order, it cannot be cancelled or returned for refund.
This does not affect your rights in respect of defective goods or goods not matching your approved proof — see section 9.
9. Defective or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof, notify us by email within 7 days of delivery, including photographs. We will, at our option, replace the affected items at our cost or issue a credit or refund.
10. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your own logos, artwork, and trademarks. By placing an order, you grant us a limited licence to reproduce your artwork on the ordered goods.

11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to the above, our total liability for any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or purely economic loss (including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage).
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including supplier failures, fire, flood, industrial action, or acts of government).
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
