Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a minimum order?

Minimum orders vary by product. Pad-printed golf balls start at 12 dozen (144 balls). Digital-printed balls start at 3 dozen. Apparel usually 10-12 units. Engraved prizes and single trophies: no minimum. See each product listing for specifics.

How long does it take?

Typical lead times are 7–14 working days from artwork approval. See our Delivery page for specific products. If you have a tight deadline, ask us before ordering — we’ll tell you honestly if we can meet it.

Can I see a sample before ordering?

Yes. For larger orders (£500+) we’ll usually provide a free physical sample. For smaller orders, we send a digital proof for you to approve. You can also buy individual samples from our shop.

Do you do rush orders?

Sometimes. Depends on the product, current workload, and whether the artwork is print-ready. Rush charges apply. Always ask — the answer is often yes.

What file format do you need for my logo?

Ideally a vector file (.ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg). If you only have a JPG or PNG, we can usually work with it — send what you have and we’ll let you know if we need anything else. We can also redraw logos to vector for a small one-off charge.

How many colours can I have in my print?

Pad-printing supports up to 4 spot colours. Digital printing supports full-colour (photographic). Embroidery is priced per colour — we’ll quote based on your logo. Laser engraving is monochrome.

Can I order in custom colours?

For apparel, we stock standard colours (listed on each product). Custom dye-to-match is possible on large orders (usually 50+ units) with a longer lead time. For golf balls, we match to Pantone reference.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not currently. We focus on UK customers so we can guarantee lead times and delivery quality. If you’re based outside the UK, email us and we may be able to arrange something for large orders.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, for established customers and larger orders we can set up 30-day invoice payment terms. First-time customers typically pay 50% deposit to start production, 50% before dispatch. Get in touch to discuss.

Who do you work with?

Golf clubs running charity days and club championships, corporate event organisers, golf societies, captains organising annual outings, fundraising committees, and HR/marketing teams at medium-to-large UK businesses. If you’re organising a golf day, we can probably help.

I want to sponsor a hole at my charity day. What do you recommend?

A sponsored hole usually needs: a branded tee marker, a pin flag with the sponsor logo, and sometimes a sponsored prize (e.g. ‘Nearest the Pin courtesy of [Sponsor]’). Talk to us about a sponsor package — we can put together a three-tier offering that makes it easy for the organiser to sell sponsorships.
